Merchandise-  Returns & Exchanges Policy

We strive to ensure every order is processed accurately. However, if there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us at merchandise@bctrials.org.au

Please note that we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the incorrect product is received, or the product received is damaged. See below for further details.

Incorrect Item(s) Received
If you receive an incorrect item, we will gladly replace it or offer a refund provided the item is returned within 14 days. Simply email us at merchandise@bctrials.org.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos. Once we have the necessary details, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.

Damaged Goods
If your items are damaged during shipping, please reach out to us at merchandise@bctrials.org.au with your order number, details of the issue, and supporting photos. Once we have this information, we will send a replacement item as soon as possible.

Size or Colour Changes
Because our products are made to order through an external supplier, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if you select the wrong size or colour. To help with your choice, please refer to the size charts where relevant.

Change of Mind
As our products are custom-made by our supplier to reduce production costs and increase the funds directed to breast cancer research, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind.
